About Workshop Host Belma Cemalovic
Belma Cemalovic is an innovation consultant and international project manager at the high-tech incubator Science Park Graz. She combines expertise in entrepreneurship, sustainability, and leadership. With a Master’s degree in Digital Entrepreneurship from FH Joanneum and a Master’s degree in Economics and Management of the Public Sector and Environment, she combines analytical depth with creative vision. Belma has gained diverse experience in various fields—from quality management and banking to agile project management and work in the NGO sector—and is known for her adaptability and impact-oriented approach. As the founder of The United Power of Youth, she is passionately committed to empowering young people and promoting meaningful innovation at the intersection of social change, entrepreneurship, and sustainability.

Mag. Julian Pekler is the founder and owner of the Emperea Group. He has built companies in the fields of real estate development, financial investment, and restaurant development. Each of these companies now boasts assets in the millions, making the Emperea Group one of the largest investment companies in Styria. Pekler has personally founded at least 10 limited liability companies and advised countless entrepreneurs during the start-up process. He holds a law degree with a focus on commercial law and completed a banking apprenticeship within the Raiffeisen Group.

About Workshop Host Christoph Udier
Christoph Udier is a chemical engineer with extensive experience in research, technology, and development. During his career, he discovered his passion for 3D printing – a field that not only became his profession but also one of his greatest strengths: the development and optimization of functional prototypes. His enthusiasm for technical challenges is reflected in his broad range of expertise: In addition to additive manufacturing, he is also skilled in woodworking and metalworking, combining these materials effectively in prototype construction. His craftsmanship, coupled with a solution-oriented mindset, makes him a sought-after partner when it comes to transforming ideas into tangible products. Christoph has already supported several projects in developing market-ready solutions – with a practical, efficient, and goal-oriented approach. He is currently a co-founder of a startup and, as a technical developer, plays a key role in shaping an innovative product.
